These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Packwise, the order-fulfillment software service operated by Packable, Inc (“Packable”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Packwise provides a workspace for managing, picking, packing, and shipping e-commerce orders across connected platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, and custom/standalone stores). Features are as described on getpackwise.com and within the application. We do not promise features that are not shipped; material changes to functionality will be announced before they take effect.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information at signup and keep it current.
- You are responsible for your team’s user accounts. Assign roles (admin, manager, packer) on a need-to-know basis; each person must use their own account.
- You must protect your credentials. We never ask for your Amazon, Shopify, or Etsy passwords — platform connections use each platform’s official OAuth authorization flow only.
3. Platform connections and data
- You authorize Packwise to access your connected platforms’ data (orders, buyer shipping details, products, inventory) solely to provide the service to you: displaying your orders, supporting pick/pack, generating fulfillment confirmations, and syncing inventory.
- Our use, retention, and protection of data — including the 30-day post-shipment deletion of Amazon buyer personal information — is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
- We do not sell your data, aggregate it across customers for resale, use buyer information for marketing, or use your data to train machine-learning models.
- You remain responsible for complying with each connected platform’s agreements and policies, including the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement where applicable.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Packwise to:
- violate any law, regulation, or third-party right, including intellectual-property rights;
- violate your agreements with any connected platform, including Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement and program policies;
- engage in “brushing” (shipping unsolicited products to generate reviews), fake-review schemes, or any fraudulent order activity;
- ship counterfeit, infringing, or unlawful goods;
- harvest, scrape, or extract buyer personal information for any purpose other than fulfilling that buyer’s own order;
- contact buyers for marketing purposes using information obtained through the service;
- probe, disrupt, or circumvent the service’s security controls, or access another customer’s data;
- resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties without our written agreement.
Enforcement. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section. Where we suspect activity that violates a Selling Partner’s agreements with Amazon, we may report it to Amazon (spapi-abuse@amazon.com) and block the account’s access to Amazon-related features, as required by Amazon’s Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Fees and billing
Subscription fees, billing cadence, and any usage-based charges are presented at purchase and billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Term and termination
You may cancel at any time. On termination we revoke platform tokens immediately and delete account data per the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate the service for material breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Packable’s aggregate liability arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts of connected platforms or carriers.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
